Very Pale Skin?

I've always had sensitive skin (I burned waiting for the bus this morning.) but its not really very pale. I mean, its paler than most people but still kinda dark. I've always loved porcelain pale skin. I wear suntan lotion whenever I go out side at all. Are there any products (makeup wise) that can give you paler skin? I've heard of skin bleaching but Is that safe?
