Skin Help!???!?!?!?!!??!!?

I'm 14, and I noticed like a week ago, that on my right cheek, there has been like this small blotchy red mark, and I also noticed it is has a rough feeling to it. My skin has also been dry lately too. I take good care to my skin, by cleansing, moisturizing etc. and I have no other problems with my skin, except now my one cheek looks blotchy, so I have been tempted to wearing foundation to cover it up (which I normally don't)

Do you think I have Sensitive Skin or something??

Skin Help!???!?!?!?!!??!!?
I don't think that it is eczema because you only get it were your skin folds (like in side of elbows). It is normal to get dry skin during winter like other people have said. Since it is red there then I am guessing that you are allergic to something. Did something come in contact with your face like new clothes or jewelry? My advice is to moisturize often and don't over cleanse. Also you might have sensitized skin instead of sensitive skin. Sensitized skin is caused by environmental factors and stress. If your skin doesn't improve then buy a calming moisturizer with feverfew or oats in it.
Reply:I would suggest going to a dermatologist. It might be dry and sensitive just because of the cold weather, or it could be a skin condition like eczema. There's no way of really knowing unless a dermatologist takes a look at it.

Reply:If you have sensitive skin, do not use facial washes or soap; instead use a light, hypoallergenic cleansing lotion. Use a moisturizer to strengthen your skin and provide a barrier against irritants. Make sure you use an non perfumed moisturizer, which will not irritate your skin.check out http://tipsfromruby-skincare.blogspot.co...
